Other RulesAccommodation is only available to guests aged 18 or over with a permanent residential address.

We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to deny access to the accommodation immediately without refund.

Reservation & Payment
Upon confirmation of the reservation, these terms and conditions apply:

After approval of the booking, a 10% deposit must be paid.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.
If cancelled within 10 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax) will be charged.

Arrival & Departure
Upon arrival we will ask for a valid identification document.
You will receive the room key. In case of loss, a fee of €200 will be charged.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. By prior arrangement, you may leave your luggage earlier.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Alternative times may be arranged upon request.
No refund will be given in case of early departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. We will agree on a time in advance so everything is freshly prepared.

During Your Stay
Only guests listed on the reservation may use the accommodation.
Pets are welcome under certain conditions (see below).
Glassware is not allowed at the swimming pool.
Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Swimwear is not permitted in the breakfast room.
For longer stays we will arrange cleaning, fresh towels, bed linen and breakfast together.
Sleeping on beds without sheets or pillowcases is not allowed.
Permanent stains on bed linen, mattresses or towels may result in cleaning or replacement charges.
Pets
We highly value the safety of our own animals and those of our guests.
Please walk your pet outside the property.
Do not leave your pet alone in the accommodation when you go out.
Pets are not allowed on the beds.
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining room.
Finally
We want you to feel at home with us. Therefore we kindly ask you to:

Do not smoke indoors or in inappropriate places
No open fires
Leave the room and shared areas tidy
Avoid noise disturbance, especially between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM
Our accommodation is accessible to guests 24 hours a day during their stay.
