Superior FONTAINE Room

The spacious double room offers a seating area, a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. The double room provides heating and garden views.
As a nod to the “toile de Jouy” print which adorned the walls of my grandmother’s bedroom, and whose drawings I never tired of looking at in the evening, before falling asleep, I I chose a wallpaper for this room which represents the illustrations of La Fontaine’s fables.

I love the modern treatment that the publisher has given to this wallpaper, and its flashy colors!

White walls, black moldings, raw wood for the parquet floor and exposed beams: the rest of the decoration is more sober! Only the cushions and throws recall the colors of the wallpaper in touches.

An old counter converted into a vanity unit and the Napoleon III mirror were found for the bathroom of this room, all in black and white.
