The cottage is on three levels. A few steps lead to a terrace and the main level: a living room with a dining area, a lounge with a TV, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 190 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 x 190 cm); and two double bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed. A few steps lead to a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a dormitory with five 90 x 190 cm beds and a large dressing room. On the lower level (-1), there is a master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a cot (direct access to the covered terrace by the pool) and its own private shower room with toilet. A lounge with a large sofa provides access to another terrace overlooking the pétanque court. There is a large garden with parking both inside and in front of the property. Secure swimming pool (dimension: 9.50x5m/1.60m deep with corner steps) secured by an alarm and surrounded by a fence (over 1m high), sun loungers, barbecue. Bed linen and towels are optional, cleaning included (cleaning deposit of €150).
