This renovated Catalan stone villa is a very special place to spend your luxury family holiday in France. Two huge glass entrance arches lead into the large kitchen-diner with a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful rosewood dining table for family meals. For a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children or for two families with 2 children each one.
Ground Floor
Your large and super-bright main open plan living space. Modern fully-equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard space.
Loads of room for the kids to run around and for you to relax after a long afternoon at the pool.
BEDROOM 1
Master bedroom with 160cm & built-in wardrobes. Views to the vines around. Leads into the beautiful bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower area & WC. Air conditioned.

BEDROOM 2
A good-sized room with 2 single beds, wardrobe space and with views to the vineyards. Alongside bedroom 3, we can add or remove cots as necessary. Air conditioned.

BEDROOM 3
Similar in size and layout to bedroom 2, but with a single bed and a beautiful wooden cot. Air conditioned.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the family shower room featuring a large shower cubicle with a powerful shower and pebbled floor (no annoying glass doors). There is a double-sized basin with two taps so that 2 children can clean their teeth at the same time – fewer arguments! Next door is a separate WC.
BEDROOM 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor of this beautiful building.Under the roof, this room with a double bed, offers a relaxing space on the upper floor.It is cut off from the other three bedrooms. With its own shower and WC. Air conditioned.
Outside Space
Flamant Rose villa has its own private courtyard garden with terrace. Fully enclosed and gated to stop small children wandering off (the whole site is fenced and gated anyway though). Sun loungers, large shaded area under pergolas plus a large dining table. There is also a charcoal barbecue for those long Summer evenings.
