Just a few minutes from the Canal du Midi, our gîte is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the region: the famous Cité de Carcassonne, the lake of Saint-Ferréol, the market of Revel, the Cathar castles, and the unspoiled landscapes of the Ganguise lake.
Able to accommodate up to 7 people , this spacious and welcoming cottage is perfect for holidays with family, friends or for a quiet getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Located on the first floor of our house, it enjoys an unobstructed view of the garden, the surrounding countryside and, in clear weather, of the majestic peak of Bugarach.

You will find there:
A large, fully equipped kitchen for preparing and sharing delicious meals;
A spacious and welcoming living room with a fireplace, ideal for evenings in any season;
An extra sleeping space thanks to a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people;
Two welcoming bedrooms, including a double bedroom and a bedroom with three beds;
A functional bathroom and separate toilet.

Outside, let yourself be captivated by the tranquility of the estate. You will have access to a magnificent 2-hectare wooded park where mature trees, meadows, a pond, and shady spots alternate. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, organize a picnic in the heart of nature, observe the birds around the pond, or simply take a stroll in this setting conducive to rest and rejuvenation.
