This cottage is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, suggests a successful holiday with the pleasure of a clear view of the vineyards. In this large space on two living levels, 7 people can enjoy a pleasant stay while preserving everyone’s privacy, with a bathroom on each floor.

The entrance is via the “kitchen side” terrace lined with fragrant lavender which is undoubtedly the favorite place during your stay, where it is nice to sit down for lunch or dinner in complete peace.

The intimate living room on the ground floor is a perfect room for resting, comfortably seated on the comfortable 3-seater sofa , the armchair or one of the two poufs, or watching your favorite TV program. (TV reception TNT).

You can also listen to the music you like on the HiFi system equipped with a Bluetooth receiver , or browse the Internet quietly thanks to the WiFi router which gives you unlimited and free access to the web. (Hadopi charter)

These moments of relaxation can be extended in the video games & reading lounge on the 1st floor . There, an Xbox console (from 2005) with games is loaned to you upon simple request (on rainy days, etc.). You will take full advantage of it thanks to its large 50′ TV screen ! In the library, you are spoiled for choice among the numerous children’s and adult books for personal moments of escape.

The large kitchen, equipped with its iconic Eames style table and chairs, can accommodate up to 8 people. An ideal place to cook delicious dishes using regional products found in the many local markets.

For this, you have everything you need at your disposal: microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas hob, extractor hood, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, traditional electric oven… Prepare succulents desserts using the blender, electric mixer and measuring cup and why not paellas, Chinese noodles or other friendly dishes in the electric wok…

For your breakfasts, you have a toaster, citrus press, a filter coffee maker AND Italian espresso machine (ground coffee) as well as an electric kettle for those who prefer tea or herbal tea.

Finally, for your celebrations or “just because”, take out the wine glasses, the champagne flutes or even the Shooters!

The dishwasher guarantees your freedom at the end of the meal. Please note, tea towels and hand towels are provided.

The 4 bedrooms are upstairs, accessible from the small living room via a spiral staircase. We continue the visit…

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with 160 x 200 cm double beds decorated with an authentic wooden headboard for a natural atmosphere. The colors, patterns and textures harmonize for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere … For your personal belongings, you will find a chest of drawers in each room. One of the bedrooms also has a small dressing room as well as a desk area and an armchair.

The third bedroom is bright and welcoming with two single beds 90 x 200 cm, a library with storage area and a small dressing room with hangers. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a 90 x 200 cm single bed as well as a baby bed, a dressing table, a boudoir armchair and a chest of drawers.

All the rooms are equipped with windows or Velux with electric shutters which let in, when you wish, the warm rays of the Gironde sun after assuredly peaceful nights, thanks to quality bedding . And to guarantee everyone’s comfort, a large bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal on the 1st floor and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. on the ground floor. In each bathroom you will find a hairdryer. In the one on the ground floor a washing machine is available. You will also find a drying rack as well as an ironing board and electric iron.

Two private terraces protected by their tiled roof provide a change of scenery and conviviality. (East and South orientation)

The first terrace on the “living room” side welcomes you in a bucolic atmosphere , from which you will enjoy a beautiful view in the morning and, above all, endless friendly aperitifs with a view of the vineyards…

This terrace is equipped with wicker armchairs with comfortable cushions . The star is undoubtedly the “Oeuf” armchair! For aperitifs that last, the exterior wall lantern diffuses its soft light as the sun sets over this beautiful region.

The other terrace, on the “kitchen” side, is the perfect setting for all your lunches and dinners between lavender and freestone walls . If, however, the temperatures were too high for your taste, the kitchen and its large table welcome you… nicely cool. The entire accommodation is also equipped with reversible air conditioning for guaranteed comfort in all seasons.
