Beautiful village apartment in Koper

The apartment offers comfort and maintains a homely feel.

It includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an LCD TV, a fireplace and a sofa bed /2 extra beds/, a dining room, a kitchen.

(fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle…) and a bathroom with a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The rooms have central heating, and the bathroom has underfloor heating.

In the summer, the rooms do not need air conditioning, as the natural temperature is provided by the thick stone walls, and free WI-FI is available to guests.

At the entrance there is a terrace overlooking the garden surrounded by a high hedge, which provides guests with privacy.

Free private parking is available nearby.

During the summer, it is possible to rent a boat in the Koper Marina with or without a skipper /for our guests with a 30% discount/.

The location is great for lovers of unspoiled nature, hikers and cyclists.

The village has a children’s playground and outdoor fitness equipment. In the immediate vicinity there is a tourist farm with homemade wine and cuisine, and the fairy-tale hiking trail “Giants of Istria”, which is a great opportunity for families to explore nature and at the same time learn about local culture and history.

The surrounding area is full of beautiful places – waterfalls, spodmoli, natural bridge… a climbing wall in the village of Osp (9.8 km), and in Hrastovlje there is a church with frescoes of the dance of death (5.6 km). The post office, shop and Gostilna Ražman are in the village of Gra?iš?e, which is 2 km away.

Not far away are famous bathing places and tourist resorts, both Slovenian: Koper (15 km), Ankaran (18 km), Portorož (28 km) and Croatian: Umag (45 km), Pore? (62 km), Rabac (75 km). Other nearby attractions are the city of Trieste (28 km), Piran (31 km), Lipica stud farm (32 km), and Postojna Cave (55 km) and a little further away the cities of Ljubljana (102 km), Venice (191 km), Pula (108 km) and Bled (151 km).
