We are Céline and Olivier ADAM, originally from Brittany and owners of Château du Hallay since March 2022. We have chosen to make a change of life (region, work) to put all our respective skills to good use at the service of our guests. The project of the Château du Hallay is to share pleasant moments with our guests, to bring new and original experiences to life, in an idyllic, relaxing and timeless setting. We will be happy to introduce you to our estate with its beautiful Chapel and its Orangery as well as our passions (sports, culinary and musical) and our new adopted region with the help of our various partners.
