The holiday villa “La petite colline à Céret” in Midi Pyrénées (between Perpignan and Perthus border)  is ideal for comfortably accommodating 4/6 people, couples, friends, family, hikers, spa guests, cyclists or festival-goers. The space, views and comfort make it a pleasant place to live whatever the season . Given the configuration of the house (150 M2), its outdoor spaces, 6 people can live there without any discomfort.
With its 2 levels:
on the ground 1 living room including a fully equipped compact kitchen, a single sofa bed, and a separate sleeping area with Queen double bed, plus a walk-in shower room and separate WC. Storage spaces for clothes, a small bookcase and a large shelving unit are available for your comfort as well as a flat screen TV. You benefit from the latest generation electric heating and free WIFI.
The view overlooks the Albères and the Canigou massif at the front, a small covered terrace where you can have lunch and a SW garden at the front completes the accommodation, all on one level.
The main entrance is equipped with a coat hook for hanging jackets. An interior staircase connects the 2 floors.
Upstairs, bright living room with 3 bay windows, comfortable with fireplace, reversible air conditioning, armchairs, sofas, TV, library and board games. An office space and a large dining table that can accommodate 6 people are provided. A second entrance is located upstairs, on the north side. A large SE terrace surrounds the living room, it is sheltered from the prevailing winds and offers various spaces for relaxing in the shade, playing together or sunbathing. The holiday villa with a natural terraced garden offers a 180-degree view of the Canigou massif, the Albères and the sea 30 km away.
The equipped kitchen
Allows you to cook like at home, thanks to its bay window, it opens onto a large balcony terrace with a view of the Albères and the Canigou massif. You can have lunch there or have an aperitif while admiring the sunsets.
The 2 bedrooms and bathroom
Still upstairs, a large bathroom where you can take a shower bath with a view of the Canigou massif, a separate toilet, and a storage room.

With a double Queenbed, the garden side bedroom is equipped with new comfortable bedding with soft and firm pillows, duvet & enough blankets to allow you a restful night after a busy day. The bedroom has a bay window, overlooking the rear terrace (SE) and the natural terraced garden with panoramic views. Side hill, the bedroom has 2 comfortable simple beds, storage (additional folding bed available)
Terraces and gardens ,
There are two gardens: one in front of the house accessible from the studio and the other very large behind the house.

You have access to the washing machine and the garden furniture provided for each level. It is possible to store bicycles and the roof box near the laundry room. Parking is easy and free in front of the house.
