Holiday Home for 4 adults + 1 or 2 children – “l’Appart”

The large gîte with views of both the villages and the countryside has a living area of 62 m²; it combines the ‘Côté Campagne’ gite and the ‘Côté Villages’ BandB, i.e. the entire floor, hence the name ‘l’Appart’.
It benefits from the entire wooden terrace, measuring over 30 m², and has two bedrooms. Each bedroom is separate from the living room, which includes an open-plan kitchen, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. At night, the bedrooms are very quiet thanks to their construction and layout.

This accommodation is ideal for two couples with up to two children, i.e. a maximum of six people. Although the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (140×190), but it is more suitable for children as the bathroom is not next door.

All the facilities and advantages of both accommodations are thus combined and made available to our guests.

Our rates vary depending on the season, the number of people and the services requested ; they range from €1,100 to €1,800 per full week. A minimum of 4 nights is mandatory.

For this accommodation, the following items are not included by default:
– breakfast,
– fitted sheets, pillowcases and bath towels for the bathrooms,
– beach towels for the pool,
– cleaning fees after your stay (€60).
