Terraces Dream Home Villa

The villa is located in the Marina di Sant’Ambrogio , Municipality of Lumio in the region of Balagne Corsica. Lumio is located between Calvi and Île Rousse and has a marina with about 200 berths well equipped with a shopping center attached and one of the most beautiful white sand beaches of Balagne. The view is unique, catching the eye and captivating with a wild Corsica and a sea with Caribbean colors. The villa has a swimming pool.

The space
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of a large living room overlooking the pool, with fireplace sofas television satellite TV, dining room kitchen with dishwasher electric oven and microwave oven, a pantry with washing machine and a second refrigerator, an ironing board and an iron. A marble bathroom with shower. The independent studio apartment has a sofa bed, satellite television, table and an American-style kitchen with electric oven. A marble bathroom with shower.

Second floor
On the second floor there are two bathrooms: one in pink marble with two sinks and shower and the other in blue marble with shower. Five rooms so divided: 3 double rooms and a smaller one with a bunk bed, one with a one and a half bed and small private bathroom with shower and bidet. In a double room there is also the possibility to take advantage of a small bed that can be opened (there are also two camping beds with mattress for small children available). The four rooms have large terraces with sea views.

Attic room
From the second floor there is access to the attic room with double bedroom and private bathroom with shower, and a large terrace with panoramic view.

Access for guests Outside
Porch with table and chairs where you can have breakfast and dine by the pool, sunbathing on comfortable loungers or watching the stars listening to the silence of the nights, there is also a barbecue after which you can enjoy excellent sunsets.
