Duchesse d’Angoulême, Super King Size Room

Welcome to the beautiful eighteenth century home located in the heart of the Charente countryside. Here you will find peace and quiet whilst being close to the tourist attractions and amenities of Angoulême, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Montmoreau and all the activities offered in South Charente.
Our guest bedrooms are located on the first floor which is accessible by an oak staircase. A lovely panorama from your bedroom stretches over traditional roofs and the bucolic countryside.
Our rooms are tastefully decorated achieving a nice balance of traditional and modern, with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable.
Bedroom 2 (Duchesse d’Angoulême) is a beautiful, large and comfortable, airy room with a super king size bed and a separate en suite bathroom. The white bed linen is 100% cotton and is laundered at home using hypoallergenic products. The room contains a wardrobe, a dressing table, sofa, a small table, hairdryer and USB ports for charging. Unlimited WiFi is included in the tariff and on your arrival we leave a small gift of wine and homemade biscuits in your room.
The bathroom includes a heated towel rail, shower, washbasin, and WC. Towels, cotton bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo and soaps are provided.
The room is changed and cleaned before your arrival and if your stay is a little longer the bed linen and towels will be changed every three days.
You will have access to a shared fridge containing sodas and beer at a small additional cost; there are also free tea and coffee making facilities.
We hope you will enjoy a continental breakfast consisting of a selection of charcuterie, cheeses, yoghurts, pâtisserie, baguette, homemade jams, fruit and fruit juices and tea and coffee.
