Our country house is the perfect destination for families, intimate gatherings of friends, food and wine lovers, meetings, getaways or retreats.

This stone-walled house has been fully renovated, preserving its historical essence from the walls and floors to the beams. Our accommodation is located in the old town of Leza , in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa wine region, surrounded by vineyards, wineries, and trails for walking or cycling. It is just a short walk from the municipal swimming pool and park.

Its spacious 375-square-meter interior, spread over three floors, is decorated with unique details that catch your eye at every turn. The property has been meticulously renovated to the highest luxury standards, while maintaining the utmost respect for preserving its historical integrity. Tasteful elegance permeates the entire house, with décor that blends antiques with modern amenities. These include triple-glazed soundproof windows with shutters, USB ports at each bedside, and premium duvets and mattresses. The house comprises five uniquely decorated bedrooms (two master suites with super king beds, two with queen beds, and one with two single beds convertible to a super king), an office with a sofa bed, a living room with a sectional sofa and TV, two full bathrooms and a powder room, a kitchen, and a traditional Basque-style dining area (txoko) with a commercial kitchen, a fireplace suitable for grilling, and capacity for up to 20 guests.
