Romantic Oasis -Mediterranean style studio

It is a new, bright and contemporary decorated (renewed 2017 ) studio apartment with the touch of Mediterranean style. The apartment has all you need, a fully equipped open kitchen, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a very cozy bed. Bathroom is equipped with shower bath, soft towels and hair dryer. Washing machine is available.

The best part of the apartment is a balcony with lounge set for 4 people- perfect place to have your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a family house. It has its own parking place and the indoor barbeque.

With a short 20 minutes’ walk you reach the old town bridge or have a traditional boat ride with the famous Barcarole, the city beach which is free in 15 minutes. You also can have a sunbath at the sea organs & the greeting to the sun. I am sure you will enjoy at apartment located in the heart of the city…everything is close, the old town, beaches, markets, restaurants, bars, bus station, Croatian bakery & pizzeria…the apartment is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.

Zadar region is surrounded by 5 National Parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvica Lakes, Krka Waterfalls and Northern Velebit and 3 Nature parks Telašica, Lake Vrana and the Velebit Mountain.

Located in the most beautiful residential and touristic area of Zadar, on a peninsula called Puntamika, the apartment is just about 200 m far from pebbly beach and some 150 m from sandy beach Borik. The great thing about the location is that it is close to famous restaurants, bars, beach clubs, market, bank etc. but also in the most peaceful street in the neighborhood.

There aren’t many house rules, but please follow these:

Smoking is allowed on terrace only.

Please don’t leave the air condition running while you’re not at apartment, or with the open doors and windows.

Whole apartment on first floor (there are two apartments) is for our guests use only.

Just entrance in to building is shared with other.
