Renovating a ruin, deep in the mountain, was Colas’ dream. Some would say it’s impossible. He did it.
Today, the house is a pleasant combining old stone’s charm with modern comfort.
It is very important for us to respect environment and therefore we ask ourselves many questions about the way we inhabitate : wooden stove, compost, organic garden, hen breeding, waste sorting … every action counts !
Thanks to our vegetarian meals, made with garden products and home made leavened bread, you are already taking care of yourself.
