Before the final payment due date, which is two weeks before check-in, the guest must inform by email if they wish to rebook. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made. The reservation will be canceled if the second payment is not verified and no amount will be refunded or credited. If you choose to reschedule your stay, the amount paid will be retained as credit for your new stay. If the rental price for the new period is higher, the missing amount will have to be invoiced. Only in the event that the local authorities order the closure of our accommodation, does the Fund Farm reserve the right for a new booking to be issued with a future date of no more than twelve (12) months from the original booking. Only in this case and for this reason we ask you to reschedule your reservation.
It is the policy of the Fund Farm to keep the rules to a minimum. There is complete confidence that guests will respect and care for the property as if it were their own. In the event of disrespect to the house or house staff, Quinta do Fundo reserves the right to ask for immediate departure from the property, without any refund. Immediate departure (without refund) will have to take place if it is deemed that any of the House Rules have been breached.
