The Quinta house, measuring approximately 300 m2, consists of 5 suites of over 20 m2 each and a common room of about 120 m2, accommodating a maximum of 10 people.
The main hall is an open-plan space that harmoniously integrates the kitchen and its support island, the dining room, which uniquely accommodates a table for 20 people, and the living room with various distinct areas. The house also features a small oratory and several reading nooks. The technical areas and the old wine presses, with restricted access, are located on the lower floor.
Outside, there is a patio, a very pleasant space with an impressive view of Our Lady of Grace and an open area with tables and armchairs, sheltered under the house’s pergola and surrounded by hydrangeas that multiply the already extraordinary palette of colors of the surrounding vegetation.
Access to the Quinta and the Quinta House is via a ramp that branches off from the municipal road, winding through the property to the communal parking area. From there, follow the pedestrian path signs to the reception area to collect the keys and then proceed to the house.

Before the final payment due date, which is two weeks before check-in, the guest must inform by email if they wish to rebook.
In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.
The reservation will be canceled if the second payment is not verified and no amount will be refunded or credited.
If you choose to reschedule your stay, the amount paid will be retained as credit for your new stay.
If the rental price for the new period is higher, the missing amount will have to be invoiced.
Only in the event that the local authorities order the closure of our accommodation, does the Fund Farm reserve the right for a new booking to be issued with a future date of no more than twelve (12) months from the original booking. Only in this case and for this reason we ask you to reschedule your reservation.

It is the policy of the Fund Farm to keep the rules to a minimum. There is complete confidence that guests will respect and care for the property as if it were their own. In the event of disrespect to the house or house staff, Quinta do Fundo reserves the right to ask for immediate departure from the property, without any refund. Immediate departure (without refund) will have to take place if it is deemed that any of the House Rules have been breached.
