The project has been completely designed and focused on visual and sensory well-being, so that each of our guests feels carried away by the tranquility and well-being that this heavenly place exudes.

With a living area of ​​300m², the EVA villa is composed of 5 suites, all equipped with showers, toilets and a dressing room.

The living rooms, generous and harmonious, are equipped with carefully selected furniture, and are all oriented towards the sea.

A superb 15m heated infinity pool, facing the sea and the Genoese tower, is surrounded by generous terraces furnished with rigorously selected outdoor furniture to continue this cozy and well-being atmosphere.

A gym, equipped with the latest equipment, will delight experienced athletes.

A shaded outdoor kitchen will also allow you to enjoy your meals as you wish.

Bread and pastries for breakfast will be delivered to you each morning by your host (July and August).

A cellar of great wines and champagnes is offered to you through our cellar book.
The villa has a large living room, facing the bay, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all household appliances.

A pantry, adjoining the kitchen, contains most of the equipment (1 refrigerator, 1 freezer, 1 wine cellar, 1 ice maker). It continues with 1 laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer.

All the sliding bay windows allow you easy access to the outdoor dining area, directly nearby, and to the outdoor terraces surrounding the 15m heated infinity pool facing the sea and the Genoese tower.

The corner bay window of the living room, completely retractable, gives you an exceptional feeling of IN and OUT.

The view of the bay of Pinarellu and the Genoese tower is omnipresent.

The outdoor dining area, located in the heart of the garden, will allow you to lunch and dinner as you wish while contemplating the bay. It can accommodate 12 guests, is equipped with a worktop, a water point with sink and an XXL Napoleon barbecue.

A fitness room, equipped with professional equipment, will delight the most demanding athletes.
Villa features five suites, each equipped with a dressing room, bathroom, and toilet. They all have access to terraces and outdoor spaces. They all have sea and/or mountain views.
Each suite has a story and a theme directly linked to Corsica and the island’s iconic landmarks.
