If the Lessee unilaterally cancels the rental, all payments made up to that
point are non-refundable.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
It has been agreed between the parties that the Lessor shall lease to the Tenant
the accommodation as described below under the following conditions:
1. PURPOSE OF THE LEASING AGREEMENT
The accommodation is rented furnished as a "short-term rental" for the period
shown below. The accommodation is located at the address indicated in the Details
section.
2. RENTAL CONDITIONS
The Lessor leases the accommodation to the Lessee for the period indicated below.
The stay is non-renewable. The Lessee expressly agrees to vacate the property
entirely by the checkout time specified in the Details section and to return the
keys to the Lessor.
The number of occupants is stated in the Details section. At the start of the rental
period, the Lessor will provide the Lessee with the keys and instructions for the
accommodation.
The agreed rental price for the full duration of the stay is specified below.
To confirm the reservation, the Lessee must return this signed rental agreement to
the Lessor. The Lessee must also present a valid identification document upon
arrival.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
On the day before check-in, the Lessee authorizes the Lessor to place a security
deposit (bank card authorization) in the amount specified in the Details section.
This deposit covers potential damages to the accommodation, furniture, and
provided equipment, as well as loss of keys or objects.
This deposit will be refunded to the Lessee no later than 7 days after checkout,
provided the accommodation is returned in its original condition when the keys are
returned.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE
-The Tenant shall use the rented accommodation peacefully.

-The Tenant shall maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a clean
condition.
-The Tenant must respect the neighborhood as well as the house rules (available in
the welcome booklet).
-The Tenant agrees to make normal and reasonable use of the comfort facilities
(heating, air conditioning, water, etc.), as well as the equipment (household
appliances, multimedia, kitchen, etc.) made available.
-The Tenant is prohibited from making copies of the keys provided by the Landlord.
-The Tenant agrees to inform the Landlord as soon as possible of any breakdown,
damage, incident, or malfunction.
-Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
-Pets are only allowed upon prior request. The Tenant must ensure that pets do not
climb onto sofas or beds and must clean up their waste.
-The use of the Internet must comply with Hadopi laws.
-The Tenant shall have no recourse against the Landlord in case of theft or damage
in the accommodation.
-If the accommodation has a swimming pool, the Tenant agrees to use it
respectfully and to inform the Landlord in case of any issues.
-The Lessee cannot hold the Lessor liable for theft or damages occurring in the
accommodation.
5. INTERNET ACCESS
The Lessee agrees not to use the internet connection for illegal activities, including
the unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of copyrighted materials
(texts, images, music, videos, software, games, etc.).
The Lessee is informed that file-sharing software may automatically distribute
downloaded files and should be disabled if used for unauthorized purposes.
The Lessor is legally responsible for securing the internet connection to prevent
unlawful use. However, this does not exempt the Lessee from liability for any
infringement under applicable intellectual property laws.
