It welcomes up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a closed toilet, modular sleeping arrangements (kingsize, 2 single beds or 3). Salons, lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen, swimming pool, large gardens, playground.
Ideal for a large family or several couples with or without children, walkers, cyclists, hikers dreaming of comfort and enjoying the silence and calm of Nature….
The Living room:
The heart of the farmhouse consists of a very large main room with an open space, including the kitchen, dining room and living rooms. As in the whole house, the decoration is original and neat. Comfort is complete like your own home:

all the necessary household appliances (hob, rotating heat oven, large refrigerator, top freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven) as well as small appliances (electric coffee maker and espresso machine, mixer, plunger, kettle, toaster…)
tables and chairs 16 place settings
fireplace, insert if the evening is cooler (wood provided)
several sofas and armchairs to accommodate you
Wifi internet access via fiber, Hi-Fi equipment and CDs
library with many books in several languages
A back kitchen with large cupboards filled with everything you need.
A laundry room with 2 washing machines and a large combined additional refrigerator-freezer.

The Bedroom:
7 bedrooms including 2 independent studios, each with an adjoining bathroom and separate toilet for your comfort. A different theme brightens them up.
The rooms can be arranged on request either in two 90 cm beds or in a 180 cm double bed. For 3 of them, a third bed in 90 cm can be prepared as a bed or remain available as a sofa.

In order to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions
are guaranteed for all, we ask you to read these regulations carefully.
You will note particularly the clause of propriety and respect of the place and the neighborhood. I
would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is forbidden to use any sound amplifier, sound
box or any other element of this type (apart from the stereo system provided) and also to the need
to occupy this place with calm and consideration. The Mas des Falaises is not a party room with
lodging. Weddings and other intense events are not permitted.
Your signature on these rules of procedure implies your full acceptance of these restrictions and
your personal commitment not to allow the overflow of the tenants who accompany you.
Rental period
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation,
determined in your rental contract.
Arrival and departure (unless special conditions specified in your contract)
• arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4pm.
• Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 10am. The time spent tidying up and
preparing for your trip must take place on the day of departure, before the deadline.
Material provided
• This accommodation is rented with all the necessary furniture and equipment, with
bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. Sheets and other
household linen (bed linen, towels, swimming pool towels, tea towels, etc.) are also
provided.
• Please provide consumables: toilet paper, detergent, dishwashing liquid, food, etc.
Use of the premises
• The supply of water and electricity is included in the rental price. However, try to be
economical.
• All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. Please do not
take chairs or wooden furniture outdoors.
• Do not throw anything into the toilet bowl except for toilet paper. Do not throw wipes,
even "biodegradable" wipes in it. Use only products that are compatible with a septic tank.
Household cleaning
• Cleaning after the rental is included in the package. But we ask you to leave the premises
tidy (including the storage of furniture, objects and dishes) and reasonably clean. And to
have emptied your garbage cans in compliance with the sorting rules: municipal containers
are located along the roadside for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging on the one hand;
on the other hand, non-recyclable containers... There is also a bucket for compost to be
emptied into the garden in the area provided for vegetable waste.
Animal reception
• The rental contract specifies whether the tenant has the right to stay with his domestic
animal. If necessary, the tenant undertakes to return the rental in an impeccable state of
cleanliness.
• Animals should never be let in the house without their owner present.
In case of problems
• In case of failure or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We live right next door and
we will then do our best and as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.
• In case of breakage, damage or loss, please report it during your stay, even if no damage
seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the accommodation, the
amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.
• In case of emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for
the Samu, 17 for the police). Fire extinguishers are placed in the housing.
Safety and propriety instructions
• Smoking is not allowed inside the dwelling.
• Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their
purpose. The volume, inside and outside the property, must be kept to respect the
tranquility of the neighbourhood and to avoid any complaint, it is forbidden, as
everywhere, to make unreasonable noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am in the
morning.
• The use of sound amplifiers is absolutely prohibited.
