La Casa du Lez is a contemporary villa built in 2020. The house with an area of more than 200 m2, was built to the standards of the latest generation: roller shutters, gainable air conditioning, heat pump (hot water), ultra modern kitchen, wine cellar.

Casa du Lez has a beautiful landscaped garden, with swings for children, 3 terraces with different exhibitions allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day (or to be put in the shade of too intense sunshine), an outdoor swimming pool (7m x 4m) secured by an immersed roller shutter, controlled using a remote control.

On request, the pool can be heated.
The terraces are equipped with deckchairs, outdoor lounge, tables and BBQs.

Enjoy the leisure amenities offered by the villa: pétanque court, ping pong table and a football table.
