Our cozy living room with sofa corner and fireplace are open at the top with exposed roof trusses and access to your own terrace with lounge furniture and patio table. The beautiful wooden staircase takes you to the 2nd floor with a family suite, large bathroom and extra toilet and the gallery with a cozy corner. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cozy cooking evenings with family and friends. The 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms are furnished with local pine wood. The pleasant scent of the stone pine ensures a relaxed, restful and healthy sleep. Natural materials from the surrounding area are used throughout the building. Each chalet is equipped with its own feel-good sauna with an extra large shower. Free WiFi, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, radio. In the chalet there is a ski boot dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and ironing board ready for you. In front of the house are 7 parking spaces, outdoor ski room and storage space for mountain bikes.

Both chalets can also be booked together.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking in the chalet is not allowed.

Our chalet is located in the center of Krimml at an altitude of 1073 m. Ski bus stop just a few meters from the chalet. The beautiful Zillertal Arena ski area with 489 kilometers of pistes and 177 lifts with entry on the Gerlosplatte can be reached in 10 minutes with the free ski bus or private car.
The world-famous Krimml Waterfalls are 600 m away.
Restaurants 50 m, grocery store with bakery 100 m, sports shops 50-150 m, outdoor pool, tennis courts, mini golf, beach volleyball court 200 m.
