Beach Villa Kokomo

This ‘Fun Villa’ has everything that you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday.
Kokomo Beach Villa is situated ”on the beach” in the Almanzora coastal valley, which has the warmest year-round climate in Europe. ( We are blessed with over 300 days of sunshine per year )
Kokomo, with its beautiful colors, has a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere, and the gardens are very private.

The Games room contains a Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Darts Board, and a Home Cinema seating eight people on luxury leather, tiered recliner sofas with drinks holders.

The cinema screen is 120 inches and the projector is a top-of-the-range Optima with HD and a 3D facility connected to a 1000 Watt surround sound system complete with 6 speakers and two subwoofers.
There is also a Popcorn machine, where you can add whatever ingredients you like to your popcorn while preparing it. It is like having your own private Cinema.

There are also 2 separate sleeping areas with a double bed or 2 single beds in one location and a bunk bed containing 2 single beds + wardrobe in the second area, from here up to the ground floor consisting of a Living/ Dining Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom with Bath, Shower, Bidet and a WC. The living room has a 65-inch 3D HD TV, a dining table, and a Sofa for 6 people.
Chilled spring drinking water is available from the machine in the living room ( free of charge )
Double doors lead to the Outdoor Living Area with ample seating space for 10 people and from here down the steps to the pool terrace where there is a 5m Garden Kitchen, containing a gas BBQ with hotplate, a Charcole BBQ, a Gas paella cooker, a traditional Spanish wood-burning oven, a fridge freezer, a 5 meter outdoor dining table seating 12 People, a 4m X 8m Private Heated Swimming Pool, The electric heater is eco friendly & it keeps the water temperature at 29 degrees throughout the year. A sunbathing area with sun loungers, a Day Bed, a Hammock, and deck chairs. Kokomo Beach Bar with Mahou 5 Star draft Beer, and Blackthorn draught Cider on tap, the 30-liter kegs need to be ordered before check-in. The price of the Mahou beer is 125 euros, which works out at 1.98 euros per pint, and a keg of Blackthorn cider costs 169 euros, which works out at 2.68 euros per pint. And payment can be made upon check-in. There is a music system dock for your iPod, iPhone, iPad, or Laptop, where you can connect by either cable or Bluetooth, a Karaoke Machine, and a Smart TV showing all sports channels, inc. SKY SPORTS HD and 1,000+ MOVIES + many European TV channels in your language.

To the left of the bar, there is a sunken conversation pit. In the winter evenings, you can light a fire here and toast marshmallows or chestnuts, and in the summer months, there is a cool air misting system overhead which reduces the temperature by 10/12 degrees. Next to this, there is a Thatched bamboo siesta bed, and beside the beach gate, there is a raised deck with a bamboo 3 seater sofa & coffee table.
The first floor consists of the Master Bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom/Shower area. There is also a large Private balcony attached to this room with a breakfast table for 4 people, a double bamboo siesta bed under shade, a table with an armchair, an armchair under a thatched parasol, a Comfortable double sun bed overlooking the beach, which is ideal for an open-air siesta.

The second bedroom on this floor has two large built-in wardrobes, including an en-suite bathroom/shower area.
( All of the bedrooms and sleeping area can have either a large king-sized bed or two single beds.

The laundry room contains a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an Iron.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms.
The Gardens are very Private and meticulously maintained.

There is a waterpark within a 3-minute drive.

We can organize transfers from all three Airports with a local taxi bus company for 2 to 5 people. Almeria Airport @ 50 minutes, Murcia @ 80 minutes & Alicante @ 100 minutes.

The villa has a wheelchair ramp from the parking area into the Villa.
There is also staff maintenance accommodation on site which does not overlook the villa, Pool, or Gardens and has a separate private entrance from the public path leading to the beach, so you will not be disturbed in any way, + you will have any problems/queries that may arise attended to very swiftly. Welcome to Almería Province
Boasting silent mountain valleys, sublime beaches, and vast tracts of semi-desert scrubland, Almería province is an area of haunting natural beauty. Despite this, and despite enjoying 3000 hours of annual sunshine, it remains relatively unknown outside of Spain. Its obvious drawcard is its glorious coastline, most notably the thrilling beaches of the Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata-Níjar, and the lively, good-time resort of Mojácar. But venture inland, and you’ll discover plenty to explore in its sparsely populated and often otherworldly hinterland. Tour the spaghetti-western badlands of the Desierto de Tabernas ( famous for some of the Clint Eastwood Movies ) and discover underground treasures in the Sorbas caves. Further north, the wooded peaks of Los Vélez provide a majestic backdrop for mountain walking. After so much nature, the port city of Almería offers a welcome blast of urban energy with its impressive monuments, handsome center, and buzzing tapas bars.

The Pulpí Geode ( 20 minutes’ drive from Kokomo ), also known as the Giant Geode, is one of the largest crystal caves ever found, and it is the largest accessible geode in the world.
The Giant Geode measures 8 metres long by 2 metres high, and is covered with huge translucent gypsum crystals up to 2 metres in length. The transparency, size, and state of preservation of this geode make it unique.
