‘Casa Vermelha’
The former stables of Quinta do Pomarinho have been restored and turned into two beautiful holiday homes.

Apartment/Studio ‘Casa Vermelha’ and apartment/Studio ‘Casa Azul’ offer space and comfort. Both apartments/studio’s have their own rustic style and are suitable for guests who love peace, space and a vacation in nature.

These apartments/studio’s are intended for 2 adults. The apartment/studio is rustically furnished and has its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small sitting area and a private outdoor terrace with garden chairs, garden table and a screen or umbrella against the sun. The apartment/studio is heated by means of a pellet stove so that you can be warm even on cold days.
Wi-Fi is free and available in ‘Casa Vermelha’ and at the adjacent reception and in the meeting room ‘a Taberna’ located further on the campingsite.
There is no radio or television available in the apartment.

Both bedding and linen are available and included in the rental price of the studio. You will shower by harnessing the warmth of the sun and the solar cells. The pellet stove ensures that it’s still pleasantly warm in the studio on a cold night. The use of the pellets for the stove is also included in the rental price of the studio.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the studio.
Barbecue:
Barbecuing is only possible in consultation with the owners of Quinta do Pomarinho. Because our Quinta is located in a nature park, it is often not possible to barbecue in the summer months due to the risk of fire!
Enjoying the seasons:
Every season in Portugal has its own specific traits. In the Spring you will encounter a true explosion of flowers in all colors of the rainbow in Alto Alentejo. Also the Fall is a wonderful period to sleep in one of the two studios and explore the surroundings from there against special discount rates.
The Mediterranean climate makes for pleasant winters, thanks to which you can also have a long stay in a on of our accommodations on our Quinta.
