Ideally located on the heights of our property, our F4 garden-level apartment offers you uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and mountains of the magnificent Gulf of Valinco.

This spacious apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people.

The dwelling stands out with its clever configuration into two independent sections, both communicating via the sea-view terrace. The first section houses a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom. The second section includes two additional bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed) and a second bathroom, thus offering increased flexibility and privacy for groups or families.

The living room, also with a sea view, is equipped with a sofa bed providing an additional sleeping option for a 7th or 8th guest.
