Large family farm in the highlands of Arico Viejo, the original construction, with its traditional caves of this southern municipality, date back to the beginning of the 19th century.
From here it has been experienced different improvements throughout the family history, without ever losing the charm of the traditional houses of Arico and integrating and respecting the incomparable environment that surrounds it. The last reform was done by the Torres brothers. They have improved and taken care of the details, making the family home an ideal space for holidays, celebrations or retreats in this incomparably rural setting. The Torres, working themselves, have managed to give that fresh air to this historic family farm.

The accommodation is surrounded by gardens and vineyards, in the front garden has a very large pool with solarium area and a great barbecue. The backyard covered by a pergola, shades all day and has independent access to one of the bedrooms, which gives you privacy, and isolation from the rest of the house. In turn, there is parking space for six cars inside the fenced area, it also has outside space for some more cars.
