Charming 8-person cottage in Lot

Holiday home located in the Lot region, very close to the Dordogne region, in the South-West of France.
This is an accommodation in a large 200m2 barn, restored and separated into two cottages of 6 and 8 guests (rentable together or separately).
The space
This cottage is the largest of the 2 (it is 110m2 and can accommodate 8 guests) with a large equipped kitchen and large living space.

The gite has 1 floor.

On the ground floor are:
– Spacious kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, stove, stove, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
– The living room: with sofas, dining table, TV and stove for winter.
– The 27m2 covered terrace with: barbecue and large dining table.

Upstairs are:
– The 3 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a room for 4 children with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed with 2 beds.
– The 3 bathrooms: 1 large independent bathroom with a bathtub as well as the 2 bathrooms attached to the bedrooms.
– The 3 toilets: each bathroom has its own toilet.
Guest access
Access to the cottage is independent, with a private entrance.
Parking in front of the cottages (up to 4 cars, shared between the 2 cottages).
Other things to note
Our garden with games/swings and trampoline, as well as the pool are accessible to you independently and by an independent entrance/path.
