Charming 6-person cottage in Lot

Holiday home located in the Lot region, very close to the Dordogne region, in the South-West of France.
This is an accommodation in a large 200m2 barn, restored and separated into two cottages of 6 and 8 guests (rentable together or separately).

This cottage is the most “small” of the 2 (it has 90m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests) with a large equipped kitchen and large living space.

The gite has 1 floor.

On the ground floor are:
– The spacious kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, stove, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
– The living room: with sofas, dining table, TV and stove for winter.
– The 18m2 covered terrace with: barbecue and large dining table.

Upstairs are:
– The 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as a bedroom for 4 children with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed with 2 beds.
– Bathrooms: 1 large bathroom as well as the bathroom attached to the master bedroom.
– 2 toilets: each bathroom has its own toilet.
Access to the cottage is independent, with a private entrance.
Parking in front of the cottages (up to 4 cars, shared between the 2 cottages).
Our garden with games/swings and trampoline, as well as the pool are accessible to you independently and by an independent entrance/path.
