Chambre d’hôtes, Restaurant & Salon de thé à Chédigny
Rooms and table d’hôtes: Spend one or more nights in our guest rooms (capacity: ten places), in the presbytery of Chédigny, with a view of the charming priest’s garden. You can also benefit from our restaurant, and satisfy yourself with Martine’s famous dishes.
Tea Room: At the foot of the centuries-old Saint-Michel church in the garden village of Chédigny , La Closerie du Tilleul offers you an enchanting stopover to discover its authentic 19th century priest’s garden.
The lime tree, planted to celebrate the birth of the Aiglon, is its imposing guardian.
The presbytery, completely rehabilitated, has rediscovered its vocation of welcome and serenity. Your stay in a guest house can be enriched by immersion in a past richly endowed with the jewels of the Loire Valley.
It will also be an invitation to the gastronomic meeting of this beautiful region, to the tasting of the surprising successes of its winegrowers.
You will not leave Chédigny without going to meet its artists: painters, photographers, sculptors … who will have captured your attention with wonder.
We offer pastries and savory desserts in the afternoon, after the restaurant service until 6 p.m.
Catering: You will be able to appreciate in our restaurant, the traditional local cuisine enhanced with vegetables from the garden. Share a convivial meal (up to forty people), concocted by Martine.
