Located on the first floor ( from the garden upstairs ) you enjoy a bright living room with an equipped kitchen, a large table ideal for sharing unforgettable moments with friends and family .
The south-facing terrace allows you to get the most out of the sunshine and view . A electric barbecue is available as well as a table and chairs .
The private and enclosed garden welcomes you with deckchairs to relax and enjoy the Doce Vita
A play area and a boulodrome is located right across the street from the cottage.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs:
The master bedroom with bed 160 and desk area
The youth room with 3 single beds and 1 shack bed under the ridge

A pull-out bed convertible in the living room .
