Casa Xyza

Our Algarve villa features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and five en-suite bedrooms — ideal for up to 10 adults and 2 small children (under 3 years old). Each room includes its own walk-in rain shower, double beds that can be configured as twins, and individual air conditioning. Most bedrooms open directly onto the outdoor areas, connecting indoor comfort with the coastal surroundings.
Casa Xyza is designed for relaxed living, both inside and out.
One side of the house offers a shaded lounge with a concrete bar and outdoor fireplace, a barbecue area beside the kitchen, and a large deck under palm trees — a favourite breakfast spot with views over the Atlantic Ocean.
On the opposite side, you’ll find a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a sunny deck area with sunbeds — perfect for slow afternoons or post-beach downtime.
Casa Xyza is well insulated and equipped with underfloor heating. In the living room, a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove add comfort on cooler evenings — ideal for autumn stays or winter sun escapes in the Algarve.

The kitchen includes a sleek cooking island, a spacious fridge with freezer and ice maker, an electric oven, dishwasher, and all essential appliances. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

One of the highlights of the house is the rooftop terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy a lovely Atlantic Sunset.
The villa is fitted with fast Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system, so you can stay connected and set the mood, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply relaxing.
