Casa Tin Tin – Own pool

Casa Tin Tin is a spacious villa with a swimming pool, located in the middle of nature, which invites you to enjoy excellent moments of pure relaxation and tranquility.

Located 35 minutes from Faro International Airport, 10 minutes from the village of Fuseta, this villa ranked first among the top twenty tourist destinations for 2023 appointed by The Guardian, a British daily newspaper.
The space
Casa Tin Tin with swimming pool consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one with shower and sink and a social toilet and kitchen, heated floor, fireplace, house with capacity for 12.
There is also Casa Tin Tin Guest House on the lower floor with a private entrance consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with capacity for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
Fully equipped houses, with air conditioning, outdoor barbecue, has a very wide outdoor “open space” social area where you can enjoy appetizing meals combined with the contemplation of the wonderful sea view.
In total, this magnificent villa can accommodate up to 16 people (ideal for 14 adults plus 2 children).
Other things to note
HEATED POOL
Guests will have the option of a heated pool for an additional fee of 35 euros per day, they must request with the reservation.

TURÍTICA MUNICIPAL RATE
Applicable to persons over 16 years of age:
• €1.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights/person from November to April.
• €2.00 per night per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights/person, from May to October.
The amounts indicated above must be paid by wire transfer to simplify (check-ins and exchanges) before check-in.
The data to make the bank transfer will be sent after the booking is confirmed and it will be necessary to send the proof of the payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
It is mandatory to pay a deposit/guarantee for any damages that guests may cause during the stay.
The amount of this deposit is €750.00, which must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before the check-in date. If there is no damage, it will be refunded up to 7 days after check-out by bank transfer.

CHECK IN
.Check-in from 4pm
– Check-in after 8:00pm will have an extra charge:
– Check-in between 20:00 and 22:00h has the cost of €30
– Check-in after 22:00h is €50
