Fully renovated and equipped house with barbecue, a jacuzzi and a magnificent lounge to enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located space.
The space
Fully renovated house with air conditioning, consisting of 2 suites, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
From the living room we have access to a small patio where the laundry room is located and access to the staircase that goes to the terrace.
On the terrace is the barbecue, dining table and an area with loungers and sofas and the wonderful jacuzzi.
Guest access
The space is exclusive to the house, only the guests have access.
Other things to note
NOTE: The JACUZZI is currently not working due to a malfunction and is awaiting repair.

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
Applicable to persons over 16 years of age:
• €1.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights/person from November to April.
• €2.00 per night per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights/person, from May to October.
The amounts indicated above must be paid by wire transfer to simplify (check-ins and exchanges) before check-in.
The data to make the bank transfer will be sent after the booking is confirmed and it will be necessary to send the proof of the payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
It is mandatory to pay a deposit/guarantee for any damages that guests may cause during the stay.
The value of this deposit is 300.00€, it must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before the check-in date, and there will be no damages it will be refunded until 7 days after checkout by bank transfer.
The data to carry out the bank transfer will be sent after the reservation is confirmed and it will be necessary to send the proof of the payment.
