The Villa is a tree-planted property (4000 M2 = 1 acre) situated in a quiet environment on the heights of Sommieres, between the Mediterranean and the Cevennes.

There is a large market every Saturday and plenty of restaurants shops and cafe-bars. This French villa with pools comprises 55m2 of internal living space and 90m2 of private terrace and garden.

The villa is composed of a large double bedroom with a king size double bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious living room is all open plan and comprises a kitchen, lounge area and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and plenty of dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. In the lounge there is a sofa bed (which folds out to form a double bed) a flat 50″ screen smart TV, and a large set of patio doors which open out onto the private terrace.
Bed linens and towels are provided.

Outside: the villa CUBIC comes with a large private terrace with pergola, plancha, table and chairs and a stunning hot tub for 5 people.

On the property, there is a large swimming pool (with salt water filtration – no harmful chlorine chemicals), surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is shared with the Owners and other guests. There is a table tennis table and a summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha, large dining table and bar. There is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Secure parking inside the property with a quick recharge station for plug-in vehicles.
