Studio in Sommières with private terrace and pool

This studio is located on the heights of Sommières between sea and Cévennes.

LE STUDIO is air-conditioned and composed of:

-a double living space with a “bedroom” side with QUEEN size bed (160 cm), 55 “flat screen smart TV and a fully equipped lounge / kitchen area (induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, microwave , refrigerator, freezer, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, high table with 2 stools …),
– the living room is composed of a 2 seater sofa, a coffee table and an armchair
– a large, bright shower room with walk-in shower
– separate WC
– a private terrace of 27 m2 with table and plancha,
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Outside: LE STUDIO comes with a large private terrace with plancha, table and chairs.

Our guests from LE STUDIO can also rent the 3rd hot tub of the property by the hour. This hot tub is located out of sight under a pergola a few steps away from the STUDIO .

On the property, there is a large swimming pool (with salt water filtration – no harmful chlorine chemicals), surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is shared with the Owners and other guests. There is a table tennis table and a summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha, large dining table and bar. There is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Secure parking inside the property with quick recharge station for plug-in vehicules.

You can also enjoy our restaurant “”table d’hôtes”” : PURA VIDA located by the pool (advanced booking is required).
