Arte is a spacious and stylish 112 m² apartment, suitable for up to four people. As the name suggests, this apartment stands out with its warm, artistic decor featuring paintings, soft tones, and an elegant decorative fireplace that adds extra charm to the living area.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds. Ideal for couples or guests who appreciate space and privacy. The modern bathroom and fully equipped open kitchen (including a Nespresso machine) make the apartment suitable for both short and longer stays. Of course, air conditioning is provided, and the apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.

The bright living room opens directly onto two terraces with unobstructed views of the Andalusian landscape and the Costa de la Luz in the distance. From the third floor, you enjoy a sense of openness and space. The main terrace is perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the evening, while the second terrace offers a cozier, more sheltered spot to sit quietly with a book.

From the kitchen, you can overlook the family pool. Thanks to the higher position, you enjoy a lively view without compromising the tranquility of the terraces.

Arte is part of a well-maintained and spacious resort with extensive facilities. Guests have access to an outdoor and indoor pool, a wellness center, and a fitness room. From April to October, all facilities are open (depending on weather conditions); in winter months, the indoor pool, fitness room, and part of the wellness center remain available.

The park is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and also offers a restaurant and bar for a relaxing afternoon or evening. Thanks to multiple elevators and a thoughtful layout, the complex is easily accessible and wheelchair-friendly.
