Cà Pedrot is located in the Mornera mountains, above Monte Carasso–Bellinzona, at an altitude of
1,390 meters in the Swiss Alps, and can be reached in just 15 minutes by cable car. Here, where
Alpine essence meets the Mediterranean warmth of Ticino—the Italian-speaking region of
Switzerland—Cà Pedrot invites you to rediscover the authentic beauty of the mountains and
reconnect with your natural rhythm.
This energy-self-sufficient chalet, heated with wood, can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a
cozy living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms
(one double with a French bed and one quadruple room with bunk beds), a bathroom with shower, a
garden with table, benches, barbecue, and deck chairs, and a panoramic terrace.
The private SPA, with sauna and hot pot overlooking the Alps, invites you to moments of pure
relaxation. Just 150 meters away, a natural pond surrounded by water lilies offers an unforgettable
experience.
For groups of more than 6 guests, it is possible to book Cà Pedrot together with Cà Negra (9
additional beds, also part of the Do-Minus | Design Retreats & Spa | Collection), as the two
chalets are located only 50 meters apart.

All historic buildings in the Do-Minus | Design Retreats & Spa | Collection have been
meticulously restored by architects Riccarda Guidotti and Andrea Frapolli. Each property has
been transformed into a holiday home that preserves the essence of traditional Ticino architecture,
enriched with contemporary details and mid-century design pieces. Every stay within the five
properties of the collection is a unique experience — whether a mountain retreat, a historic
village home, or a night aboard a sailboat on the lake — each reflects the authentic beauty and spirit
