The “Blanc de Noirs” suite is a furnished apartment offering a chic urban atmosphere where quality materials (polished concrete, beams, etc.) and designer, contemporary furniture come together. Pierre Frey’s “Shaman” wallpaper, placed like a painting, brings a resolutely spectacular and spiritual touch to this suite.
The name “Blanc de Noirs” of this accommodation refers to the white champagnes made from black grapes present in our “Extra Brut” cellar, but also to the decorative orientations where these two colors are widely represented.
An annex bedroom with its two 80×190 beds can accommodate a family or a second couple.
Finally, the view of the castle of Nogent-Le-Roi, the Saint-Sulpice church and the half-timbered houses allows an immediate immersion in the heart of the city and its flourishing history
In the heart of Nogent-le-Roi, a town 30 minutes from Chartres and 50 minutes from Paris, the “Break & Brut” house enjoys a breathtaking view of the magnificent “Saint Sulpice” church dating from the 15th and 16th centuries. and on the half-timbered houses of the 15th century. The house is a 5-minute walk from the 19th century castle of Nogent-le-Roi and its 90-hectare park dedicated to walks among deer and other animals (donkeys, peacocks, etc.), sports activities ( tree climbing, golf, tennis) or play areas for children.
Extra-Brut is a space with multiple functions dedicated to wine, located on the ground floor of the house.
Passionate about wine and sensitive to the way winegrowers develop their beverages, we offer bottles essentially developed in a philosophical approach aimed at respecting the expression of the terroirs, both for the cultivation of the vine and for the winemaking.
To take away or to eat on site, our wines (by the glass or by the bottle) can be accompanied by charcuterie platters, cheeses, toast, burrata or other surprises.
We select our products by favoring farmers and craftsmen who respect the taste, the typicality of the terroirs and who value a committed professional ethic.
