Villa for 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Perched on its hill among the pine trees, the villa offers an unobstructed view of the pool and overlooks both the pool and its Pool House from the terrace.
Set on 5000 m² of a beautifully landscaped private garden, complete with a large swimming pool, it is surrounded by lavender fields and forest. The villa is designed to allow all generations of the family to live together without interference between adults and children, thanks to multiple kitchens, dining areas, and independent indoor and outdoor living spaces.
There are two kitchens and a Pool House equipped for cooking: the main kitchen, with its large table, is located near the spacious dining room and the terrace overlooking the pool. The second kitchen is in the garden-level family suite, ideal for younger guests, while the third is in the Pool House, with a large table by the poolside. The house is superbly equipped in true French style, with all the necessary cookware and utensils, beautiful tableware, 2 BBQs, 2 dishwashers, and 3 refrigerators.
Several spots for aperitifs or reading are available by the water or the fountain, with both shaded and sunny terraces to choose from.

IMPORTANT NOTES
For guests with reduced mobility: Access to the main floor of the villa requires ascending a staircase.
Self check-in: The garden gate and the house are equipped with access codes. You can arrive at any time after 5 PM and depart by 11 AM, simply closing the door behind you.
No parties, no events! We do our utmost to provide the best possible comfort for our guests. In return, we ask them to respect this rule out of consideration for our neighbors.
Failure to comply with this rule will automatically result in the intervention of the hosts, who will be notified as the property is equipped with a noise detector. A portion of the security deposit will be retained. This rule reflects the mutual respect and high standards we wish to establish between you and us.
Non-smoking! The property is strictly non-smoking, even near windows. A penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for any tobacco odor in the property, which is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pets: Respectful dogs are welcome.
