Your hostess Sandrine and her husband Tanguy are passionate about dialoguing with Mother Nature, getting to understand its energy, its balance.
They invite you to share their lifestyle, mostly in the great outdoors. You’re encouraged to have breakfast on your terrace which they bring to you: fully organic home-made bread, fig jam, compote, kiwi, cherries and apples from their own trees, kombucha and chicory tea. Immerse yourselves in the peace, quietness. Fill up your heart and your ears (!) with frogs concerto in the evenings, birdsongs in the morning.
If you’re up early, you might see a couple of deer eagerly sipping water from the natural water pool, or a king fisher casting an eye on an improbable lunch, or a grumpy hedgehog sniffing its way through vegetation.

On sunny days you can step from the garden terrace into the pond and swim with frogs, water beetles, and salamanders. When it’s cooler you’ll be warm inside with underfloor heating from a central wood boiler, electricity provided by solar panels and highly efficient wooden insulation. You have your own entrance although you are at one end of the owners’ house, There are spare beds and plenty of books to read if you’re stuck indoors. A sauna, a trampoline, about 1 hectare of garden including a vegetable garden, lots of fruit trees spread out (think marmalade, jam…) complete this paradise.

Borrow bikes and be in the village in 10 minutes, or Louhans which is much bigger, in 30.
