Description
Klostergården offers accommodation in fantastic surroundings on Tautra. With about 29 beds and 20 extra beds, there is plenty of room for both large and small families and companies.
Klostergården lies in the middle of Trondheimsfjord on the island of Tautra, famous for its historic monastery and many bird watching opportunities. The former farm also has an on-site restaurant, café and small brewery.
The individually designed bedrooms at Klostergården have views over the gardens and the restaurant’s courtyard terrace. Wi-Fi access is free and rooms are spread throughout the farm’s buildings with shared bathroom facilities.
A home-made breakfast is served each morning, and the property has its own farm shop where regional produce can be purchased as well as Klostergården’s own beers. There is also a lounge room with a TV for relaxation.
The island is connected to the mainland by a causeway, and the city of Trondheim is 80 km away.
